I’ve been raised with dogs all my life. And took a chance five years ago when I adopted a cat too. If you need someone that will be there for you whether it’s because you’ve had a bad day or having a bad case of food poisoning, you can’t ask for better company than a dog, or a cat. Or really any animal (I work with reptiles and other exotics as well!)
I currently have a Golden Retriever, a Husky, a Golden Retriever mix, and a mixed cat that behaves like she’s a dog. They each have their own special personalities and are ranging from ages 2-8 years old!
My first dog and several others before my goldens and the husky were all Rottweilers, and I do often work with guard dogs. I know how to handle myself around big dogs and if your animal happens to be a little aggressive, I understand how to work with them too.

I also have experience in rehabilitating and training dogs! I have been helping owners with their pets for the past few years, with heartwarming results (honestly it never gets old, I love it). Even if your animal is aggressive, rest assured, I will treat them with kindness and respect.
The most important thing to me is that an animal is comfortable with my presence and happy to be there. If your pet isn’t comfortable with me, rest assured I will not take offense. It’s part of my MO not to approach a pet that is not at ease with me unless the owner requires me to, or if the animal requires medical attention. I will treat your pet as my own, so if you want updates and pictures/videos, just let me know!
I also have prior experience working at a vet clinic, so I’m aware of how animals can be and how to approach them without causing them too much stress. Or if they’re manja, I am the woman for the job.
Anything to do with animals makes life better. I love meeting passionate animal owners and their pets! Tell me all your stories, believe me, I love hearing them.

I’ve had experience rehabilitating a shelter dog before who had major trust issues which led to over-aggression, resource guarding, and separation anxiety. It’s been a long hard journey, but I’m so proud of my dogs and all the trauma they have overcome. The trust that they have chosen to place in me is not something I take for granted. I understand the significance of how important it is to not treat every animal the same way but rather to understand their behaviour and work WITH them. I usually work with positive reinforcement rather than negative, but I believe that every dog is different and will require different methods of communication.
